Dear students, guardians and well-wishers,
For more than four decades, Sunrise Model High School has believed that a good school does two things at once: it prepares young people to excel in examinations, and it prepares them to be honest, curious and responsible members of society.
Our teachers know every student by name. We combine a disciplined academic culture with science, sport, debate and the arts, so that each child discovers what they are capable of. I warmly invite parents to visit us and see that culture for themselves.
Our results matter to us, and we are proud of them. In the SSC examination 2026, 214 of our 217 candidates passed and 112 achieved GPA 5. But a result is the end of a long, quiet process: a teacher who stays after class, a guardian who checks the homework diary, a student who asks one more question. That process is what we protect every day.
A good school prepares young people to excel in examinations and to be honest, curious and responsible members of society.
In the coming year we will strengthen three things: individual mentoring for every student in Class IX and X, regular guardian meetings with clear progress reports, and more time for science, reading and sport, which build the confidence that examinations alone cannot.
To our students: be punctual, be honest, and be kind to one another. Ask for help early. Your teachers want you to succeed, and so do I.
To our guardians: thank you for your trust. Our doors are open. Please visit, meet your child's teachers and share your suggestions with us. Together we can give every child of Sreepur the education they deserve.
